Allow /librelogin user alts to accept IP
I recently noticed many people using alts to get a lot of hearts on my Lifesteal server. Then I changed the limit to 1. I've only seen 2 individuals so far, but I suspect many more. I checked the user datadb using an SQLite data viewer, but it is complicated to filter them. For large servers, the list may be large, so the best applicable solution is to show the first user with this IP instead of all users, and then we can check all of their alt accounts using the user alts command.
Why do I need this? I checked using my alt, already registered alts can log in and play just fine even though the limit is set to 1.

I thought you wanted a command to show all accounts with the same IP.

This is one way to solve the issue I'm currently facing which is people that already have alts. Basically, I have 2 issues
The ip limit option is never going to work retroactively as there would be no safe way to check which player per IP should be able to play.

What about the first users to join will get access to play, and when the IP limit is hit, others with the same IP can't join
I'm very bad at SQL related stuff and I don't have enough time on me to learn it so that it shows all users with the same IP, so filtering it with SQL commands is out of the question (for me)

theres a great free solution called libertybans, its not only a good ban plugin but it also has anti alt capabileties and since you would be doing a fresh install there shouldnt be any problems about it not working retroactively
