Kyma Lifecycle manager is integrated with KEB and a preview plan is enabled for use on environments: prod

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Lifecycle manager is deployed to Prod environment [Q4/2022]
• [ ] preview plan is available for Prod environment [Q1/2023, PK]
