Add tracing support to telemetry-operator
Description
Changes proposed in this pull request:
This PR adds an additional controller to the telemetry-operator that reconciles the TracePipeline CRD and manages an OpenTelemetry Collector Deployment to receive and forward traces. The new controller and related resources can be activated optionally in the Telemetry Helm Chart.
- Add TracePipeline CRD and controller
- Migrate LogPipeline test to Ginkgo v2
- Refine telemetry-operator CLI flags
