Adjust Pagination to fit ne UI design

As a user, either like Sebastian, who values modular architecture and streamlined upgrades, or Matthew, I would like to have a consistent user experience across all SAP products when comes to how to interact with paginations

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Follow the design Guidelines for pagination
• [ ] Introduce the local pagination overwrite
• [ ] The main pagination setting defined in preference panel sets the default. This can be overwritten locally
• [ ] Introduce a ALL section, showcasing all items in one page
