Introduce iframe option for EXTERNAL_NODES feature

As Sebastian and Mathew I would like to be able to open an external link inside busola as an iframe so that i can open documentations or tools in the context of busola.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Follow Project DOD
  • [ ] the EXTERNAL_NODES feature is extended to target iframe
  • [ ] there is no context passed to iframe

Reasons

We would like to allow extensions to be able to link to applications or documentation that
