Indie events should offer RSVP actions in addition to reply, etc.

tested this on a event post the other day and a failure for this post https://waterpigs.co.uk/notes/4gJKBB/ screenshot_92 will also try with a Known Event post but it would be definitely awesome to be able to attend an event directly from the reader, great flow :)

Ah, it looks like I haven't actually pushed my change to IndiePub to support rsvps upstream yet.
