OpenCV with withdows 7 32bit

I need to detach object with camera. I am using Visual Studio and I installed "C Make" and "OpenCV" and I am follow below youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5ROKdRUkuI But I got error " Unable to start program C:\users\home\documents\visual studio 2015\ Project\AutoColourFilter\Debug\AutoColourFilter.exe ". Well, I am using windows 7 32bit.
