Cannot Result Host Address: repository not working right away

I currently used this repository for testing on Ubuntu 18.04 AWS services but I got this issue:

Apparently, it shows it has issues for IPV6 but I am not sure if it is related, my server udp port is open but nothing seems to work. the docker container is running. Any ideas on this issue.
