Command line options?

Bro, would it be possible to add command line options (cmd)? I wanted to be able to start the program minimized, but with it disabled, and if possible a function to change the enabled\disabled state clicking on notification area icon as in this other option like that: https://www.zhornsoftware.co.uk/caffeine/ (which unfortunately did not work for me...) Thanks for the wonderful job man!
