`pod install` should install the Pod version if hasn't been found

Hi, first of all thanks for this! Love it.

I have a request for the feature:

pod install should install the Pod version if hasn't been found

/usr/local/Cellar/podenv/1.0.0/bin/../libexec/podenv-exec: line 31: /Users/jukben/.podenv/versions/1.5.0/bin/pod: No such file or directory

If would be nice if the podenv-exec would be clever enough to install the desired version automatically or at least throw a more informative message.
