Improve path merging

  • [ ] Add merge to top level
  • [ ] When selected, user can choose paths to merge in a dialog
  • [ ] User can reorder paths shown in the dialog
  • [ ] OK will merge the paths in the order the user chose
  • [ ] Reverse a path to allow it to be appended properly
