Should this role make use of community.crypto.x509_certificate_info

For the openssl operations should this role make use of the collection 'community.crypto.x509_certificate_info'?

What do people think, i am happy to do the work if others agree.

I didn't know https://galaxy.ansible.com/community/crypto was a thing. It would certainly clean a bunch of the openssl code up.

If you want to work on it, I can review PRs again.
