Do not prompt for username and password on awslogin

saml2aws remembers the username and password entered by the user and does not require a password prompt every time. So it would be great if we could make the awslogin command to not prompt for username and password on every run. However I could not find a way to detect if the credentials were saved using the saml2aws CLI.
