[Feat] Export as Perfetto trace

With the opentelemetry still a WIP, we still have time to explore other formats.

One notable drawback of the opentelemetry ecosystem is that it appears it is not designed for high volume of events. For example, with #96, exporting about 40,000 spans to Jager leads to non-responsive UI for many operations.

Perfetto format might be more suitable as it is naturally used to analyze collected high volume performance related data. Another eBPF tracing program is already using it: https://github.com/josefbacik/systing
