[Bug] Unable to edit tiles in island designer
I noticed an issue recently, after editing some tiles, more specifically paths in the terrain editor of NHSE I found that I'm no longer able to change, modify or remove paths from the island designer in game. If I change the tile to a base tile I can place a path but I'm not able to remove or modify it afterwards.
Please let me know if there's a way to fix this issue it's very annoying to have locked tiles on my island.
I see that this is an old issue, but could you please share a save file for debugging if you wish to pursue/confirm the issue? If not I will close as stale.

I don't have my original save at the moment but I do have a copy of this one starter one, I quickly placed down about 12 path tiles in front of the player house. Hopefully this will be enough.
