Symbols and characters ignored in lists (This issue is associated with #96)

This issue is associated with #96. But has already been closed. Please excuse me for making it a problem again.

When I submitted #96, I had a problem with the incorrect notation in the username. The account ID was placed in parentheses next to the user name, so I didn't see any major issues. But this specification is so general that something similar happens with tags. In Japanese, characters that contain voiced consonant mark (゛) or a long sound (ー) are recognized as separate. Thus, omissions can be inconvenient for users to recognize them as different words. Substituting this with an English question a bit more forcefully means, for example, that 'father (パパ) ' is registered as' mother (ハハ)'. This is not just a matter of diactirics (as noted in #96), nor does it stop at the difference between capitals or not.

I think notations that mislead users should be corrected, even if they are internally recognized as unique words.
