build like that for Spark3.5.1 version fixed SHIM=spark351 MODE=release ./release-docker.sh

looks pretty good to me. i suggest add a new sparkver in .github/workflows/tpcds.yml so we have all tpcds cases passed before code changes.

we have supported spark351 in https://github.com/kwai/blaze/pull/532, so this PR is no longer needed.
