Added support for HKClinicalRecord.

Steps to Test or Reproduce

I'm not familiar with swift so I did not add the new feature to the Example, and I tested via the flutter implementation instead.

Impacted Areas in Application

It will now be possible to request permissions to read Clinical Records (as any other permission), and to query Clinical Records (as any other sample).
