New Module win_ini_file

I think [win_template](https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/ansible/windows/win_template_module.html) can be used to create ini files. It gives more flexibility with [jinja2](https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.windows/issues/222#issuecomment-892830678)

Improve error if OriginalName not found

I think the my commit changes are causing other tests to fail.

When updating a module with insufficient space left on disk for the operation an error gets thrown about needing administrator rights while the operation is performed as root

ConvertFrom-JSON incorrectly deserializes dates to DateTime

Confused. Are you sure on the expected behavior ? Isn't the original date string and the json converted string same ? Isn't that the expected behavior ?

Test-Path ignore -Include and -Exclude when -IsValid is set

@iSazonov with the current expectation of `-IsValid` parameter, isn't this issue invalid, can't this issue be closed ?

Align groups of assignments (=)

I'm in 1.17.1 version and `Invoke-Formatter` is capable to do this . But `Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer` doesn't catch this.

Feature Request: What if $PSScriptRoot returned $PWD when used interactively?

Making it work interactively will make the name of this variable meaningless.
