Transcript names for switchPlot

Hi

This is clearly a very valuable package. But related to my previous comment, would it be possible to get an additional option for the switchPlot to add the transcript names (e.g. XBP1-201) instead of the transcript IDs to the plot, this is because then it is more interpretable for publication.

Currently I am about to change these manually in Inkscape.
