Network specific user registration matching

I would like to be able to specify what network a user registration applies to. The use case for this is having someone you would like to wildcard match on one network because they use VPNs and jump IPs a lot, but having someone on another network who happens to have the same nickname not match.

Sorry for adding this comment, but would be nice if reguser.edit command would actually take username as a value, so that when you clik on user and select edit registration the dialog would open the edit option for that user directly instead of having to search for that user scrolling up/down.
