Can't capture service combination on macOS

Expected behavior

I have created a service to lock the screen, and assigned it to AltGr+L (non-Apple keyboard). When I hit the combination with KVIrc in focus, I'd expect the screen to lock.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a service and assign it to a key combination
2. Bring KVIrc to the foreground
3. Hit the combination
4. Fail miserably.
