Create an import/export system for configuration settings

Basically have a way to export current configuration settings so then you can import a simple file on a new or existing install. Dealing with moving directories from appdata or ~/.kvirc is kinda kludgy imo. Plus it'd make taking backups easier.

Before working on this please check how existing setup wizard works and how it imports configs (you can e.g. run kvirc -f -c /tmp/kvirc.rc to force the wizard)
