As an end user, I'd like to know what kind of action trigger a notification

Users may want to know what kind of action triggers a realtime notification.

For example, they may want to know if it's the notifications correspond to a newly created document or not.

We could add an additional field in the ID filter to differentiate newly created document and updated ones
