Add configuration checks to regression and benchmark tests

It would be nice to integrate generation of verilog core with scripts to run benchmarks and regression, so that they can check if given configuration contains all extensions which are needed for tests. This will prevent issues where a new configuration is tested and tests timeouted due to lacking extension.
