Standardize base images

It would be nice to standardize the base images. Shall we build a custom image based upon Debian testing, with oracle java 8 and go ?

It would simplify maintainability, and as minor positive side-effect save space on disc.

This would be up for discussion. I believe we may migrate them anyway.

I see, why Debian and not Alpine then?

If we can get them all on Alpine it would be even better.. but I am not sure about the libs availability (I've no much experience with that distro). We may try, but I would stop if it comes to build libs by hand.

I think it makes sense, but is not a priority. We can go directly with Debian, and have Alpine has a possible improvement for later versions
