Publish master branch to PyPI

I'd like to include yuppy in a project of mine, which makes extensive use of setuptools. Publishing the stable branch (master) to PyPI would go a long way towards making this project useful.

Any movement on this front? @kuujo I'm happy to maintain the pypi package, provided it makes it into the official repo.
