onDropComplete handler

Hey @kutlugsahin,

Great to see you're finding time to attend to the lib's issues at the moment.

So I seem to be using VSDND a lot at the moment! I'm on my 3rd project with it.

I still think the library badly needs a built-in onDropComplete handler, as mentioned in #16, to finalise all onDrop calls.

What are your thoughts?
