Duplication of draggables

Related to #6 which seemed to be resolved? Using vue-smooth-dnd: 0.2.3 but presumably this is in the core too?

Otherwise this is working great but I've observed a reproducible issue where if the containers are close together and the draggable is moved between two containers they duplicate: https://cl.ly/0j211k023m47
