Add to bioconda?

Any plans for adding mcorr to bioconda? It would then be easier for researchers to add mcorr to reproducible bioinformatics computational environments

I have the same request. It would be useful to have a conda recipe so that dependencies can be easier to manage.

A Bioconda recipe would be great! @mingzhi and @edokussell, do you think you can create a GitHub release? I can write a recipe from it.

Alternatively, can I fork this repository and do that for you? Because the repo has no license, I don't feel it would be right for me to do this without your consent.

Thanks for the great method! I am just commenting to see if there's any chance of adding a licence and/or generating a release?

Hi all,

Apologies that we've been so unresponsive on this issue! We are currently in discussions about this, and hopefully will generate a new release and add a license in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks, Asher

I believe that providing Conda images would allow everyone to use mcorr more effectively. In fact, after experiencing multiple installation failures and encountering errors when running the examples, I reluctantly gave up further exploration of mcorr for now.
