Hi. I'm trying to run the "Element 1.0.0b1" on Windows 7 x64, but the error appears:

"The procedure entry point SetCoalescableTimer could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll."

What could it be? Thank you.

Apparently that function was added in Windows version 8.
