LV2 fails with space in pathname

Describe the bug

• LV2 plugins fail to load if path contains a 'space' char

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• load LV2 versions of eg Surge XT or Pianoteq 7 STAGE
• console output suil error: Unable to open UI library /usr/lib/lv2/Surge%20XT.lv2/SurgeXT.so

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: linux
• Version: up to date arch

Standalone or Plugin

• Standalone (plugin not tested) latest git

Additional context

• Renaming the directory name to eg /usr/lib/lv2/Surge_XT.lv2/ works. This is fine as a temporary workaround but means the distro package manger will not handle updates etc.
