No outgoing MIDI notes from "Obelisk" VST

Describe the bug When loading "Obelisk" and connecting MIDI In and MIDI out, then playing MIDI keys, nothing is received on MIDI OUT (also MIDI Monitor doesn't see any notes played)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load "Obelisk" in Element
2. Check some notes on the chord picker
3. press keys on MIDI keyboard (or other midi in)
4. No MIDI OUT seen by Element

Expected behavior MIDI on MIDI OUT
