Improve zoom behaviour

When zooming in and out, the size of the nodes "boxes" change but their positions remain fixed: zoom should actually change everything proportionally.

It would be nice to be able to zoom in and out using the ctrl+mousewheel gesture (and even with pinch on touchscreen-equipped devices) and to pan the workspace hand-style by dragging with the central mousebutton pressed (and also with 2-fingers swipe on touchscreens)
