No support for Timezone based event start and end time.

function _formatDate uses UTC timing. There should be a support for timezone based timing

I have actually started working on this on my branch. I'm not quite at a release yet, but I figured I'd point you in this direction and see if you have any comments on my work so far.

Once I've verified it's stable for all my needs, I'll be issuing a PR back here.

UTC In my opinion is the better method as it is converted back and forth for any user and location; defining a location just walks around understanding and implementing UTC correctly.
