Modal Window Pulses

Under Extension Options --> Stop Autplay for Youtube Extended A modal window is displayed titled "Automatically start the video when switching to the tab: Yes No" When I click on "No," the window pulses from original size to original size plus 10%(?) The only option is to close the window and then it defaults back to "Yes."
