go-fuzz is deprecated with Go 1.18

Hi,

Go-fuzz has been replaced with support for fuzzing in upstream Golang, which makes current go-fuzz fails in base/strings_test.go:38:1 Could you maybe update blazer to support Go 1.18?

Hi @eclipseo - just FYI, we recently made this change in the Backblaze fork of blazer, which is now the 'official' version.
