RED frame around the app

Hi

When running the app, i get a red frame every time the app "thinks".

As if "Strict mode" is on, but "Strict mode" is off

My device is Samsung A5.

It generate because of StrictMode check . You can close StrictMode check in code.

Chromium opened strict mode in java code.I don't mean the system setting
