Added Mines game

I have a game named Money Mines where user can bet a amount of money they have in wallet and choose tiles from 25 tiles each tile will contain either bomb or diamond if bomb comes player losses all its money and if diamond comes it games the bet amount as profit. Used JavaScript for functionality and used html and CSS. Fixes # 5176
