Added Login and Signup pages !! #3222

Hello PA,

I have added login and signup pages to the project. These pages are essential for enabling users to create accounts, log in, signup and access the platform's features securely. Implemented form fields for email, password, and confirmation fields. Created navigation links from the homepage to the login and signup pages.Added basic styling using CSS for layout and responsiveness.
