[Feature Request] Watch active keyfile for changes on server

When swapping between the F15 and the F16, the server needs restarting to make sure the keybinds are updated and correct since BMS switches the keyfile automatically.

How to Fix

  • Make the server watch the active keyfile periodically, instead of just at startup.
  • Maybe check the keyfile when we enter 3d (shared mem indicates whether we are currently in 3d or not)
