When the main program is closed, scci still resides in the background.

This is not a Windows bug. SCCI has always been in the background and cannot be closed. I double-click the icon to open the SCCI window.

あと、上記の状態はどちらかというとSCCIが原因ではなく、mml2vgmがクラッシュしていると思われます。 この場合はお手数ですが強制終了をお願いします。
