Double Line Spacing in Plain Text Files

I'm having a weird issue where my CodeSnap previews are getting extra blank lines in anything rendered as plain text (see image blow). If another language syntax is enabled, the extension works without any issue. I've tried multiple languages, and they all seem to work fine. I have also tried change my EOL setting for the file, but that seems to have no effect.

Here is my config info:
