Changing the default font

Great project! How do I change the font used throughout the PDF? I'm sure a number of people would want to change it (I tried editing the document.tpl but it didn't work)

Regarding the font, it's weird that it didn't work. I'm not enforcing any, and defaults kick in. I would expect that some config in document.tpl should work. What did you try?
