[Bug] TestAssert cannot be used for tests with a TestStep file

What happened: If I declare a TestStep file, and specify an assert file containing a TestAssert object, the test searches for the object in the cluster.

What you expected to happen: I would expect the test step to execute in the excat same way like a test without TestStep file. For example - execute the command in the TestAssert.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): create a TestStep referencing TestAssert
