What would you like to be added:

A web page for kudo

Why is this needed:

We could use kudo client or kubectl to create or update instance, but when we would like to support some operatorvertsion for some ops users, and then they could create or update instance by themselves, they couldn't understand kudo client, but a web page could be a easier understanding way.

@guenter This is more about a UI for KUDO... we need to triage but thinking this is long term important, but not for right now
