Slack link broken

Hello!

I notice the slack link that is present in various places like the README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and also many of the docs/*.rst pages (https://slack.kubos.co) is broken.

Since there are a couple ways to resolve this I wanted to create this issue to ask which course of action is preferred by the team:

1. update the links to point to https://slack.kubos.co (which seems to exist but currently has a database connection error) - this seems to be in line with the redirects and changes made regarding the https://docs.kubos.co domain
2. Discontinue the use of slack as a means of community outreach due to its inactivity and lack of message visibility after 90 days - remove references to the link
3. Discontinue slack and offer some alternative method for the community to contribute and stay up to date on KubOS development. Some alternatives could include the unofficial community discord server, or a new community space (such as an official forum or chat room on a new platform such as zulip, discord, or somewhere else thats convenient for the team)
