Missing makefile.vars

When I build the new version, I see that GENDEV/sgdk/mkfiles is empty, because of https://github.com/kubilus1/gendev/blob/master/sgdk/Makefile#L69-L70

My Makefile was including makefile.vars is not usable anymore.
