Trigger kubewarden-conroller and policy-server charts release when kwctl is released

Updates the release CI/CD pipeline to trigger the kubewarden-controller and kubewarden-crds charts updates. kwctl is not distributed in the Helm charts. But its major and minor release should keep in sync with those components. Therefore, we need to trigger the release there as well.
