Support for VAST storage

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

• At KubeCon+Cloud Native NA 2025 about 5 people asked at the KubeVirt booth about our support for VAST storage.
• Ram Bansal from VAST came over after that & said they do have a CSI driver & would be willing to at first provide a R/O disk w a qcow2 image on us to see how well it imports as a 'smoke test'

Describe the solution you'd like: Should the 'smoke test' work, we'd need to see about provisioning some RW space that can be used to run an augmented e2e tests on, including test cases for VAST.

Describe alternatives you've considered: Not sure what features VAST provides that ODF does not.

Additional context: VAST may or may not not have support for s390x, ppc64le or riscv64 arch but w external network access to the VAST store, this may not matter. Things to investigate.
